Return & Refund Policy – Elope Active
At Elope Active, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy will guide you through the process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale, clearance, or discounted items
- Accessories or intimate wear (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or made-to-order products
3. Return Process
- WhatsApp us at +91 9711022145 within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and include product images (if damaged or defective).
- Once approved, our team will share the return shipping instructions.
- Products must be packed securely and shipped back to the address provided.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
- Shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are available only for size or product defects, subject to stock availability.
- If your preferred size or product is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be provided instead.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase before dispatch.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof. All Tags and Packing Has to be Intact.
- Our team will verify and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
8. 365-Day Replacement Guarantee
- Replace your product within 365 days from the date of purchase.
- Replacement is only applicable for unused products.
- Product will be replaced, not refunded (no new purchase required).
